About Blackrystal Manchesters

I have been involved with Standard Manchester Terriers for about 17 years, having gotten my first Manchester as a companion. A second Manchester come along a year later, and it wasn't long before  I started competing in dog shows. In 2007 I decided  I might be able to contribute to the breed quality, and bred my first litter in 2008.

Four girls were born in March 2008. Of the four, two have their American and Canadian championships, have multiple group placements, two have rally obedience titles, one competed regularly in brace with her mother and, in addition to numerous  group wins, has won a Best Brace in Show.

My goal is to breed for quality not quantity. Consequently, I  breed a litter only every 2-4 years.

I am an active participant in the Canadian Manchester Terrier Club and Calgary Associated Dog Fanciers.

The fur family consists of two Manchesters, two Italian Greyhounds, one Border Collie/Springer cross, and 3 American Quarter Horses.

Please feel free to email if you have questions about Manchesters.
